SHIPMENT INFORMATION

Depending on the item(s) you purchase from liamarant.com, there are different shipping methods available to you. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a delivery method for your order. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice. Your total shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the checkout process, prior to the completion of your order.

Business days are considered business days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of official holidays marked on the federal calendar of the United States.

DELIVERY PLACES

Currently, we ship products throughout Mexico and the United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes. We also do not currently offer shipping to other international destinations.

DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

We have the following shipping methods:
  • Standard Ground (4-7 business days): You can expect to receive your order within 4-7 full business days. Business days are considered business days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of official holidays marked on the federal calendar of the United States. The cost of Standard Shipping is free for all orders.
  • Express (1-3 business days): You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 full business days. Business days are considered business days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of official holidays marked on the federal calendar of the United States. The cost of Express Shipping is 160 MXN.
  • Shipments to the United States only have standard service and can take 7-10 business days. Business days are considered business days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of official holidays marked on the federal calendar of the United States. The cost of Standard Shipping is free for all orders.
If the order contains an engraved item or a perfume, we only ship it by the Standard method. If the order includes pieces of engraved jewelry, the order will take 3 or 4 more days.

FOLLOW-UP AND HISTORY OF ORDERS

If you have an account at www.liamarant.com, you can track your orders by visiting "My Account" and clicking on "View my orders". There you can see your previous orders or see the status of your current order.

Please note that an order containing an engraved item or perfume can only be shipped via Standard Ground. An additional 3-4 days is required for shipments of orders that include engraved jewelry pieces.

If you do not have an account, please contact our Customer Service Team, who will do their best to update you on the status of your request.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Reimbursement or exchange of items that are returned unused and in perfect condition for sale within 30 days from the date of purchase that appears on the package receipt is accepted.
Full refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. You will not be able to make refunds or returns at Lia Marant® Stores.
Custom and modified parts are considered a final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted. Discounted fragrances, cosmetics and parts are also always a final sale and therefore not eligible for returns or refunds.

HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

All returns must be sent to our Return Service Center, at the buyer's expense, with the receipt of the original package / certificate of authenticity. Addressed return labels are included with your package receipt to make the process easier for you.

As proof of your return, we recommend that you always keep the receipt from the courier as proof of the fact that you have delivered the package.

Once we have received your return, we will proceed to issue your refund.

PRODUCT REVIEW

Please note that you assume the risk for the products you have ordered once the shipment is completed. If the packaging is damaged, please do not accept the shipment. Without prejudice to your legal rights, you are responsible for inspecting the product and notifying us of any complaints.

In the case of defective products or non-compliance with your order, you have the option to return the defective product and we will refund the purchase price and all shipping costs. You also have the right to keep the defective product and request a price reduction.

AVAILABILITY AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER

We strive to stock all items offered on the website. In the event that you ask us for products that are not in stock, we reserve the right not to accept your offer. You will be informed by email and any other payments will of course be returned to you.

ORDERS

At the moment we can only fulfill your order if the delivery address is a home or office in one of the countries included in "We ship to". Therefore, our site is only designed to be used by people who live in the countries mentioned. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
