SHIPMENT INFORMATION
Depending on the item(s) you purchase from liamarant.com, there are different shipping methods available to you. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a delivery method for your order. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice. Your total shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the checkout process, prior to the completion of your order.
Business days are considered business days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of official holidays marked on the federal calendar of the United States.
DELIVERY PLACES
Currently, we ship products throughout Mexico and the United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes. We also do not currently offer shipping to other international destinations.
DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
We have the following shipping methods:- Standard Ground (4-7 business days): You can expect to receive your order within 4-7 full business days. Business days are considered business days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of official holidays marked on the federal calendar of the United States. The cost of Standard Shipping is free for all orders.
- Express (1-3 business days): You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 full business days. Business days are considered business days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of official holidays marked on the federal calendar of the United States. The cost of Express Shipping is 160 MXN.
- Shipments to the United States only have standard service and can take 7-10 business days. Business days are considered business days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of official holidays marked on the federal calendar of the United States. The cost of Standard Shipping is free for all orders.
FOLLOW-UP AND HISTORY OF ORDERS
If you have an account at www.liamarant.com, you can track your orders by visiting "My Account" and clicking on "View my orders". There you can see your previous orders or see the status of your current order.
Please note that an order containing an engraved item or perfume can only be shipped via Standard Ground. An additional 3-4 days is required for shipments of orders that include engraved jewelry pieces.
If you do not have an account, please contact our Customer Service Team, who will do their best to update you on the status of your request.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Reimbursement or exchange of items that are returned unused and in perfect condition for sale within 30 days from the date of purchase that appears on the package receipt is accepted.HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
All returns must be sent to our Return Service Center, at the buyer's expense, with the receipt of the original package / certificate of authenticity. Addressed return labels are included with your package receipt to make the process easier for you.
As proof of your return, we recommend that you always keep the receipt from the courier as proof of the fact that you have delivered the package.
Once we have received your return, we will proceed to issue your refund.
PRODUCT REVIEW
Please note that you assume the risk for the products you have ordered once the shipment is completed. If the packaging is damaged, please do not accept the shipment. Without prejudice to your legal rights, you are responsible for inspecting the product and notifying us of any complaints.
In the case of defective products or non-compliance with your order, you have the option to return the defective product and we will refund the purchase price and all shipping costs. You also have the right to keep the defective product and request a price reduction.
AVAILABILITY AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
We strive to stock all items offered on the website. In the event that you ask us for products that are not in stock, we reserve the right not to accept your offer. You will be informed by email and any other payments will of course be returned to you.
The prices and offers that appear on the website are valid at the time they occur, unless other specific terms on the website indicate otherwise. Pricing errors, spelling errors, and other errors may occur.
During the order confirmation process, we verify prices. If the correct price is less than the indicated price, the lesser amount will be charged to you. If the correct price is higher than the price on our website, we will contact you. If we are unable to contact you, we will reject your offer and notify you by email.
ORDERS
The online store is open 24 hours a day. However, the store may be closed for maintenance. For your convenience, we endeavor to perform such work at night.

At the moment we can only fulfill your order if the delivery address is a home or office in one of the countries included in "We ship to". Therefore, our site is only designed to be used by people who live in the countries mentioned. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We may reject an offer or cancel a purchase in any of the following situations, without being liable for any damages or costs. We will notify you by email in advance of any action, to try to resolve the problem and return any applicable payments made to us without deduction:
- Your payment information is incorrect or unverifiable;
- Your order may have been placed for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a crime or other illegal activity;
- An involuntary error has occurred on the Website, for example a payment error, etc;
- We have reason to believe that you are a minor;
- You are not a resident of one of the countries included in "We ship to" or the order could not be delivered to the address provided by you.
By placing an order on our website, you make us an offer to purchase the products you have selected on these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept the offer at our discretion.
We can only accept offers that are made through our website or by phone through our customer service. We cannot accept orders placed by email, letters or fax.
